There is a 20-day window for returns to be made. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are not issued on:

  • Sales that have marked cleared.
  • International orders.

Please contact us within three business days of delivery to resolve issues of incorrect or defective items. Refunds will not be made on used merchandise, therefore, every returned merchandise must be unused and unwashed. Signs of wash and wear will allow products to be donated to local charity.

It takes three to four weeks to process your return or exchange. If you require a return sooner than the stipulated time, simply place a new order online and return unwanted merchandise for a refund.

Add EasyMeow to your approved sender list as you will be contacted via e-mail should any issues arise. This is to prevent mail from being filtered as spam.

We advise that a shipping method with insurance and tracking should be selected as EasyMeow is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. EasyMeow will cover the cost of shipping for exchanged replacement items back to you, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
